What is abseiling?
Abseiling (also known as rappelling) is controlled descent off a vertical drop. You will exit out of our 18m tower, controlling your own speed. Of course, we'll always have you on a safety line.

What is rap jumping?
Rap jumping is similar to abseiling, but with the added excitement of leaving the tower facing forwards.
